Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of Port Macquarie, Australia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Lighthouse Beach Chiropractic and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   
2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on May 28th, 2024, and ends on June 10th, 2024. Entries submitted before or after the designated entry period will not be eligible.
   
3. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the entry period:
   
• Follow @lighthouse_beach_chiropractic on Instagram.
  
• Like the giveaway post announcing the giveaway.
  
• Tag at least one friend who are interested in surfing in the comments section of the giveaway post.
  
• For an additional entry, participants may share the giveaway post in their Instagram stories or feed and tag @lighthouse_beach_chiropractic.
  
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   
5. Winner Notification: The winner will be announced on @lighthouse_beach_chiropractic within 3 days after the giveaway ends. The winner will also be notified via direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of the initial notification, a new winner will be randomly selected.
   
6. Prize: The prize for this giveaway is a <$350 Need Essentials wetsuit. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
   
7. Publicity Release: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow [@lighthouse_beach_chiropractic] to use their Instagram username and any content submitted for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
